Cons: The direction of my room windows to the main street left me no choice but closing the windows. Due to the missing noise reduction, you hear a lot of the apartments above(moving of chairs, voices...), So this rooms are not for the sensitives or get a room at the third floor with no one above you.

Pros: Our suite was spacious, very clean, quiet, and equipped with everything the travelling family needs, including plenty of work space. We appreciated the free laundry facilities, including a clothes drying rack in the room. The staff, especially Peach who checked us in, were friendly, accommodating, and competent. The breakfast was generous and varied and you could eat indoors or out. Location was great: You can reach downtown Erlangen in minutes from a bus stop in front of the hotel--or about a 20-minute walk--and there are restaurants and a grocery store near the hotel.

Pros: The position. We only used this hotel as an overnight stay. It was a pity we couldnot use the restaurant as it was being used for an event, so we had to eat in the entrance lobby.

Pros: I was in this hotel, because i had a 4days-course in the Uni-Klinik of Erlangen. The location is perfect, in the heart of the centrum, close to shops, restaurants, nicht clubs. The breakfast was very good with delicious products. The personal was friendly und helped me, when i had questions. The room was big and tidy.
Cons: Better noise protection could be besser, because this area is full of people on the streets. There was dust under the Bed.

Pros: The location is definitely trump. In the midst of Erlangen you can walk anywhere you desire. Parking is available at a nearby garage for 9€/day.
Cons: Room service was marginal (basically just exchanging towels), the surrounding can be pretty loud. There is a restaurant, a bar/ club and streets, which can be frequented until the early morning. The room state is fine, but more functional and would welcome a small style upgrade.

Cons: the room i had was quite difficult to reach - in the rear side of the hotel and the elevator does not go up until the 5th floor. The parking is quite expensive with 14€ per nigh.

Cons: Rooms for double occupancy had no queen size beds but only two single beds, no box spring mattresses but plastic foam. No convertible switches for 240 volt to 110 volt devices available. Partly poor quality of food at restaurant.

Cons: On a business trip sometimes I have to work in the evenings too and have to coordinate with team in The USA, and need access to internet, there was internet outage for couple of hours which didn’t allow me to work that night and I had to wake up early in the morning to continue the work.

Cons: It is the second time I have been in this hotel. The first one the room was modern and comfortable. However, this time I was assigned a room that was not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. The access to the room went through an old, almost single person elevator in the back of the hotel. The room was pretty old, the bed was not comfortable, but the worse thing is that there was just a shower with a stuck door and no hot water. I complained the first morning about it, they said they would get it fixed, but the shower failed the next morning as well. So I had to have two cold showers.
