Cons (-) Staff was rude, there were no towels in my room and the Wi-Fi was horrible...will never stay here again!

Pros (+) Location close to the highway. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Bad wifi connections and rooms smelled like raid ant/roach spray. Address on Kayak was inaccurate so distance was farther than I would like.

Cons (-) Staff was awful. They were using personal cell phones as business numbers and personal emails for work business. Wasn't a comfort knowing my payment information was in someone's personal email account.

Pros (+) There was nothing likable about this hotel. People should be paid to stay here.
Cons (-) The hotel advertised a shuttle service from the airport. The guy I spoke to did not speak clear English. He did not take down my phone number right and told me the wrong place to wait for the shuttle I had to call three times and wait 30 minutes in the cold before I was picked up.
