Cons: Carpet was discussing and appeared to not have been vacuumed in weeks, overall cleanliness was not good at all!
Not greatPros: Location was excellentCons: Rooms were dirty and very out dated. Had to change rooms because of the cleanliness. They say, their rooms have been renovated but they are not up to my standard. No bar at the restaurant, only buffet.
Pros: It looked okay.,,Cons: Crazy drugged up people in lobby. Bad service. Room had left over makeup and hair in bed.. To say the least.
Cops all over the hotel... I'll never go back.
Pros: Nice and clean and updated. Bed was super comfortable. Price was good. Cons: The hotel said it was a "smoking free" hotel. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke.
Pros: Great location to see the Oilers get beat!!! Cons: The rooms are very hot the AC fan did nothing
Great stay for the pricePros: I booked online through booking.com and picked up a king size bedroom for $75.19. I was so pleasantly surprised once I entered the premises. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. In addition, I had a great view from my 7th floor window. I will definitely book here again especially at the price I was able to get! The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but inside you will find it is quite nice with really good service.
Good Deal for 3 adults, 1 roomPros: The location is directly beside the Rexall Stadium and direct access to the Capilano (Wayne Gretzky Drive). Clean rooms with individual Telus wireless routers for each room, so no worry of other people spying on your browsing (I checked).
The rooms felt clean, but also very renovated with modern updates. You could tell the building has been kept up, like it has been around for a while.
The breakfast in the morning was great. Make your own waffles, or toast or there is also chef cooking scrambled eggs as well as sausage links and a few more things I don't remember, all placed in serving trays like a small buffet.Cons: No mention that the free parking is a parkade with height restrictions. We had a 1-ton dodge with a horse trailer which would not clear. They did find a spot for us in the alley and a parking pass though so that was good.
Love itPros: Lovely place, highly recommended...
