Everything about this accommodation is excellent- location- handy to loads of lovely bars, restaurants, site seeing, tram too and from airport etc. Beds really comfy, very clean and endless supply teas, coffees, hot chocs etc. David and Katy were welcoming and excellent tour guides - nothing any trouble. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone however, there are a number of stairs to climb so you might need to check for individual accessibility needs etc. We were there for a wee ladies trip away and all three of us can’t wait to return. 5*****.
The room was lovely, comfy and well laid out. The host was extremely helpful and the location was fantastic for the city centre and handy for the airport tram.
The breakfast that was served at the restaurant was great! There was a problem with the shower, but it was addressed very quickly. The only real inconvenience is the lack of parking and having to pay quite a bit to park in the Q Park.
David and Katy are really lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. Perfect location near tram stop on Princes St (for airport), shopping and sights. Characterful old building and comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast at Rabble was great too, nice choice on the menu. Hope to return sometime - highly recommend!
Rooms facing Frederick St might be a little noisy at night but not a huge problem. Otherwise, everything was excellent!
Located near Princes St and the Castle. Can walk to all major attractions. David and Katy, innkeepers were very helpful and informative. The decor of the room was elegant and bed was comfortable.
Well, we knew about the stairs in advance and did get help up them with our bags but they are stone and I think up four flights to our room.
