Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Edinburgh and access major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Many reviewers highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the quality of breakfast, even though it is served off-site in some cases. Several guests appreciate the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, especially for groups or families. However, some mention issues such as noise from the street, uncomfortable beds, outdated facilities, and a lack of air conditioning. Despite these drawbacks, the positives of location, service, breakfast, and room size stand out for most visitors.
