This property was not clean and shouldn’t be classed as a 4 star hotel. Major let down for a birthday trip away.
Very good stay, lovely staff, excellent breckfast. Easy parking outside, 4hr max but free after 6pm and before 8.30am. Bar was nice.
We had room 205 and the bathroom is annexed to the bedroom, it’s cold and difficult to warm, if you have a shower the condensation is horrendous. They could sort it but it would cost money, so they haven’t.
Clean and comfortable. The staff were all ( except for one) knowledgeable. Everyone was so kind especially the reception staff and the head concierge. Everyone went out of their way to look after us.
Location, room and breakfast
Basement room but only there one night and used it just to sleep. Lovely comfortable room and bed and pillows were superb.
Due to back issues being of the bus route was an issue as climbing the hill to the hotel took its toll
