Very friendly and helpful.. breakfast was beautiful
Lovely stay, very kind and helpful hostess. When in Edinburgh again I will come back!
breakfast,room,location very lake
Very warm and welcoming on our arrival. Informed of breakfast serving times and local eateries and where to get public transport from. The room was prepared nicely and the decor was up to date.
It’s only a small thing, but the shower pressure was up then down. The extractor fan was a tad annoying. In the night when using the facilities we didn’t turn the light on so as not to wake each other up. But that’s the only gripe!
Breakfast was sensational... fruit was a wee bit old but edible, no complaints about privacy.
the flight/s of stairs were dangerous to climb up/down.. 44 steps in total built in circular fashion. Hand rails on wrong side. I'm 68 and found it very hard to climb up and down those stairs.
