Cleanliness was superb. Very quiet inside the property. Great value. We thought we had asked for a king bed but got 2 queens. The staff on duty gave us an explanation that to us was unsatisfactory.

Pros (+) The staff was excellent.
Cons (-) We paid $50 for "pet friendly" but were greatly disappointed. The grounds were littered with cigarette butts and other refuse that was both tempting and harmful to dog walking. The pet area was overgrown and thus covered with dog refuse. The plastic bag station had no poop bags and the refuse container was full of people garbage even though the sign said only dog refuse in poop bags. This place wa...

Pros (+) Gold benefit is decent. Continental breakfast includes oatmeal and grits which is great if you don't want to pay extra for heavy hot bar items you aren't going to eat.
Cons (-) The renovations are okay. I think my room was really small. Hvac is loud. Shower water shifted. Fitness room didn't have wipes for machines and no water cooler (it looked like it hsd been removed from wall)
