I did request being on the bottom floor due to my husband being disabled due to 2 back surgeries. We was put on the 2nd floor so we had to use 2 different stairs to get to our room. The bath tub had no stopper and we could only use the shower.

The lady who was helping us tried to help as much as she could but the general manager wasn’t in, so I blame upper management for allowing the hote to be like it is, including people outside looking like they on drugs etc etc etc...

Hotel was trash go into the first room and found a bunch of ants crawling from the trash can underneath of the kitchen cabinet all over the stove, and something also I’ve never seen before was ants in the freezer dead frozen alive.. I have picture of it all, I will never ever stay at this hotel again... Then we get moved to the second room and that was even worser smelled like mildew.. The whole room smelled like a basement unfinished, I have a 8 month old baby, and we had to stay there because they had no other room available because they were sold out.. I will never and I mean never stay here again and we should have got a full refund for the quality and the condition of the hotel.. and trust and believe me I will be calling corporate and posting picture of this hotel and what we found and how the hotel stay was..

received a refund. the hotel was disgusting. very dirty. Brittnei was very rude and condescending. Brittnei with the i shouldn't be working there very nasty attitude. The guy was nice and Brittney with the Y was amazing. Two different Brittney's two different attitudes. Brittney was good appreciated her customer service.
