Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for events, restaurants, and downtown activities. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often going out of their way to resolve issues. Many guests found the beds to be very comfortable and the rooms generally clean. However, some reviews noted concerns about value for price, with complaints about high rates, unexpected charges, and certain amenities not meeting expectations. Cleanliness was mostly positive but a few guests experienced issues such as unswept floors or dated bathrooms. Overall, the positives of location, service, and comfort stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
