I loved this boutique hotel! The art galleries were fun. The accommodations were excellent. A surprisingly delicious breakfast was included and the staff throughout the hotel was courteous and friendly. We felt pampered. We especially loved how close we were to DPAC and our restaurant (Cucciolo Osteria) We walked to both and took a UBER back. It was a great stay!
I thought the hallway floors needed to be cleaned.
Well appointed and spacious room, nice staff but lack of a real “hang out” lobby and bar along with the commercial feel of the entrance experience keeps us from giving this hotel a higher rating
Industrial/commercial feel to entering the hotel. Lack of spacious and visually interesting lobby and bar
Great location near great restaurants and cafes, and the Carolina theatre. Friendly, accommodating staff. Loved the artwork and the museum on site. Lovely cocktail bar.
Low lighting in the elevator made it difficult to see the floor numbers.
Room was unfinished, missing tiles and very unprofessional remodel for the price. Decoration was modern and beautiful, but the bones (ie walls, tile and floor) was cheaply done. Room was small.
All staff members were fantastic. The breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the art tour. Nell was fabulous. The location was close to so many great restaurants. Loved the free yoga.
We didn’t like the lighting in the room. It was bright and harsh and didn’t like the fluorescent tube. Otherwise we loved everything!
