Agent at pickup was stressed and abrupt not helpful with explanations and the service was very slow. It took over 1 hour to pick up the car even though we were the only customers.Thrifty

Was charged $300 USD for a scratched plastic hub cap. Will be disputing the charge via my credit card, and will spread the word about never renting from Thrifty anywhere in the world.6.0 Okay

We were not welcomed at the car park, in fact we were ignored on pickup and return. Taking a carrolla I expected a decent amount of power.going up hills required frequent use of first gear. On returning the car, we should have received the charges. A week later, I have not seen the final bill.1First Car Rental

Car was a Kia Sportage, nice car, easy to drive. Staff all helpful and friendly. Would use them again.Cons:
Rear cover was missing in the boot. Wasn't noticed on pickup and only noticed on return. I thought it had been left out because they get stollen or damaged? Cruise control would have been nice to have on the car.Sixt
