Proximity to canal park and downtown. Our view was good.
Needs a major facelift and cleaning! Our room smelled of smoke. The restaurant upstairs is really lacking and old. Needs new chef and cocktail selection. Was a let down and overpriced.
We are on a long distance motorcycle ride and staff was very accommodating on parking.
All good
Location was amazing
Large pot holes in the parking lot, I fell the 1st day before we got to the room. Really hurt my back so my weekend was limited on activities. There was something on the door handle that stuck to my hand. The floor seems like it wasn’t vacuumed in a long time (I wore shoes around my room because of it). There was also Paton peeling on the floor. Sunday morning we went to have breakfast in the restaurant, but weren’t told we need reservations. The restaurant staff didn’t offer to make us a reservation. The view was the best part. However I wouldn’t stay here again.
Great hotel for price.
Close to downtown. Walking distance to Bentleyville and great shopping and food. Staff was extremely friendly.
Bed was a little hard, elevator was a nightmare during busy times.

wonderful staff
everything
hotel carpeting in good conditiin only was outdated but under the impression that it was all being updated-this is an older hotel with everything for a comfortable stay as it should be wow the most comfortable beds pillows comforters-I called the following week gather the info and purchased the mattress and the bed pillows for my home
comfortable bed location
elevator had long wait because one was down for service
The room was clean for the age of the facilities.
The staff were not friendly or even pleasant. The fact that there was not a breakfast, for $100 a night I'd say thats a rip off.
Nice view. (from our room) wasn't as great for another couple we met. But they had a dog. Coffee in morning
No cheap breakfast. Staff interaction was not bad. Just not fantastic either. 3/5.
Needs a lot of work
Location was decent in terms of each part of the city. Com for table bed... that's about it.
Elevator was still rising with the door open. Wallpaper was peeling off all over the bathroom. No breakfast included. Bathtub faucet sprayed water everywhere when on shower mode. Room design was awful, you have to cross the toilet right in front of the bathroom door to get to the sink and tub. The hot tub was missing over 50 percent of the water so the jets were spraying everyone in the face. Small parking lot so we had to park across the street at a rundown bowling alley. Curtains let in a lot of light. Venting system would never shut off even on auto fan so room got dry over night. For how much this cost this was embarrassing. Will not be going back.
Weekend Getaway
I loved how close it was to downtown shops and event areas so I could walk everywhere and I don't have to worry about parking or driving. The room was small but cozy. I had a special deal throigh Kayak so that's why I chose this hotel and I had a pleasent time for my stay.
Needed a little cleaning in icemachine and vending areas. Also the elevators where a bit rikity for being a hotel with rooms on the 10th floor. But the biggest annoyance for my visit was the staff. When I went to check in the girl obviously didn't understand that I had already purchased my room and was going to charge me for a whole other booking. So a tip would be to double check that the receptionist follows what you're telling them and not making you pay extra for your room.
Thank you, Kayak for a great deal.
