The breakfast was good and the restaurant had excellent lunch/dinners which were delicious & reasonably priced. The bus stop is very close as is beach access
No fridge in room
Bad deal all over
It is hard to remember - the view and the beach are nice
The hotel is very old and needs major renovation. There is no elevator which is a big problem - rooms are tiny and beds are not comfortable - for a beach hotel you have to beg for towels - breakfast is very simple with worse coffee i ever tasted - with an offensive sign waring guests not to steal food from the buffet. Some of the staff need a bit of training on customer service and politeness. The location kind of far and away from old city and port unless you want to hang out at the beach - water sports are very expensive
proximity to beach and Gruz harbour, therefore plenty of restaurants to choose from. Also ideal for taking local bus into old town.
the torrential rain!
Lovely location, close to the Old Town.
End of season so many bars and restaurants closed in Lapad Bay
found the cleaning staff , catering staff , and the bar staff very accommadating , i liked the idea of the hotel being on the beach ,
i did not like the reception staff found them to be extremely rude and of no help what so ever.. and as i was a single person i was charged a different rate to others who also had a double room with single occupancy , when i brought this to the attention of the reception i was told i was paying 58 per night,, i was with a wedding party and felt the room was very expensive and there was a smelll in my room when i arrived and it was not very clean!
the views from the balcony onto the bay and the location made it easily accessible to get buses to the old town and around the island
there was nothing that I didn't like, the only comment I would have in this area is that it would be nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the bedrooms
Good clean hotel. Excellent location. Basic but adequate rooms. Clean bathrooms with excellent showers/hot water supply. Breakfasts good. All in all good value for money.
The location close to the beach
Low standard/quality compare to the price/rate
view of bay looking out to the sea, from the room balcony and the out door restaurant, good choice of food at buffet, clean convenient by bus to the old city of Dubrovnik
it would be helpful to have an elevator
Excellent and very helpful staff.
The view, the location, the facilities, the breakfast and the price were all excellent.
We asked for a double room with a double bed and received two single beds pushed together.
It was by far the best value hotel in Lapad, Very clean with great views and location by the sea. Would recommend to all.
