It was good , comfortable and pleasant
The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. They saved our stay!
The room was well seasoned. The TV didn't work properly. The room key deactivated every day, very annoying on a 5 night stay. Had to request linen change after 3 nights as bed not done. Only cursory clean each day. We were upgraded to a premier room and thought that if this was a premier room then we were so glad we didn't get given a standard room. Restaurant and bar well over priced and we saw lots of food being sent back. Glad we didn't eat there. The hotel barely scrapes through as a 3*
Very warm in the room and cant access the terrace as door is blocked..
Lovely staff. Very comfortable rooms. Definitely stay again.
Only down side was not having a phone in my room
Clean. Food tastes nice but over priced for tiny portions.
The room, and whole 4th floor, was at boiling temperature! It’s sickeningly hot. Only one window that can open a tiny bit, even tho there is a balcony in the room, it was locked and not allowed to be opened! We got no sleep! Bed was so uncomfortable, on top of the fact it was about 100 degrees inside the room! Take in mind it’s Ireland and lashing rain outside! Booked a double room but was given a family room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We didn’t mind until we realized it was in fact 3 single beds (2 of them pushed together to make a double bed). So uncomfortable as the beds kept parting in the middle! Also, food is so over priced! Portions are tiny! €22 for a 8oz steak and that’s it practically. 1 carrot, one spoon of mash. We were still hungry afterwards. Had to order room service later, as the dinner didn’t satisfy our hunger.
