The “welcome” from your front desk staff, although obviously very busy, as we arrived at the same time as a large bus tour, was fantastic. They were very helpful and professional, smiling and SO efficient. A great introduction to the hotel. Room was so clean, and available bang on time. Fantastic location for a concert at the 3 Arena. Breakfast was great! Leisure facilities were on par. But what stood out the most was the absolutely lovely, helpful guy on front desk when we went to check out. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. We were looking to stay another night (unplanned) and he did his utmost to find us alternate accommodation at a sister hotel which was unfortunately also booked out. But you have a star employee there!
The “ONLY” thing I can say was that I would have liked the cooked food at breakfast to have been a little hotter, the quality of the food was fresh and very very tasty, so 10/10 there, but maybe an old fashioned Bain’s Marie May have kept that delicious breakfast hotter. But that’s only a Minor detail.
It was close to the city
The price does not reflect the quality The construction outside The tv had so few channels some not working and the screen was all fuzzy Food was so expensive and im almost sure the pizza is cooked from frozen I could go on but have better things to do...
The day before we where to arrive they called to check and see if there was anything they could do to make our stay enjoyable my daughter birthday was the day before they had balloons card and cake in the room to surprise her she just loved it great hotel staff are so friendly could not do enough for you will definitely be back
Nice room size and breakfast and dinner good . Very convenient to theatre. Bus stop for hop on hop off outside
Just a quick note to be aware that drilling on building work started at 0730 am sounded as though it was next door . When I called down to see what was happening just told not our fault
Did not avail of breakfast.
