Couldn't have been better!
The staff—Ceclia, Owen, Tracy, Luisz and others—were friendly and always helpful. The breakfast offerings were wonderful, served with friendly grace and style by Dalva, Lidija, and Allesandra. I’ll be honest: we attended a wedding at the Mount Juliet near Thomastown, and the food was better at Ariel House. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Located in the quiet suburb of Ballsbridge, Ariel House is convenient to the DART and the Aviva Stadium, and there are some nice restaurants nearby, notably the Old Spot and the Lobster Pot. (At the latter, Michael Garlant will serve you with old-world elegance and 21st Century friendliness and wit.) Wish we could have stayed longer, but we’ll be back.

Excellent value, good location, friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Spacious comfortable room.
Got parking space but if hotel was full that might be a problem
Excellent service, very polite staff and very good breakfast.
The hotel is in a great location especially if you are going to the Aviva Stadium, it's within walking distance. Beautiful hotel, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding!!
In every respect all you could possibly want in accomodation for a Dublin holiday plus good location and access to public transport (Dart)
Directions on booking confirmation only covered travel from the airport (by bus). Directions for car drivers would have been helpful. Also mentioning Ballsbridge in the address rather than just d4 may have helped pinpoint the location on a map.
Staff v pleasant food v good
No 2nd cup in room or flannels - no safe and the staff were under the impression that each room had one !
We would be hard pressed to find fault with the Ariel House Hotel. Its proximity to the rds (Rod Stewart concert) was our reason for choosing to stay here, and it didn't disappoint. The full Irish breakfast was unusual (as regards the new potatoes), but it was a delicious meal to start the day with. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful if they had tried. I have already recommended the Ariel House Hotel to one other person and I shall most definitely be staying there again and shall put a link to the hotel on my own website at www.sligotown.net
All staff extremely helpful and attentive. Gave useful information about visiting Dublin and easiest way to get into the centre from the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Very spacious rooms.
