Toilet was cramped and towel rail was broken
Bed was superb, slept perfectly every night. Rooms were big and clean, felt at home right away. Staff were on hand every minute of the day for help.
Shower quite small
A cosy place to stay at, very near the city center. They offer traditional hot irish breakfast if you ask for it, it has a nice sitting room on the ground floor. Our room on the second floor was very adequte, the bathroom was really clean. The window looked right to street outside, which can noisy at night, but we had no problem sleeping. The bed's matress was strudy and quite comfortable and the blanket was reasonably thick for winter time. There's always someone at the reception desk, and everyone serving us was friendly. The airlink bus stop a few steps away from the place is a huge plus. There were also 2 USB ports for charging besides the regular English outlets, which is a nice touch and a great help if you don't have an adapter.
Location perfect, great cafe over the road for breakfast. Beds were really comfy.
returning keys to the desk each time we went out was a new one for us, but does make sense for security. Climbing to the 5th floor was a tough ask after a long day!
Realy clean and tidy. Nice breakfast and close to town centre
