Pros (+) The XVA is a jewel and a great "find" from my perspective. As first time visitors to Dubai we wanted to avoid being overpowered by the bustling growth and development for which Dubai is often noted. Additionally, we were ending a rather lengthy tour around south Asia. The term oasis certainly fit our bill.
