Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed, with several negative comments about the service, including rude and unhelpful staff, poor room service, and lack of professionalism. Noise from nightclubs and the general environment was a significant issue for many guests, impacting sleep and comfort. Room size and cleanliness did not meet expectations for some, with reports of small, unclean rooms and maintenance issues. However, the hotel's location is praised for its proximity to the Metro and tourist spots, making it convenient for travelers. A few guests also mentioned positive interactions with certain staff members and found the hotel to be good value for money.AI-generated from customer reviews
