Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, with many appreciating its proximity to shops, restaurants, and public transport. However, cleanliness was a major concern, as numerous reviews mentioned issues such as cockroaches, dirty rooms, and poor hygiene. While some guests found the staff helpful and service prompt, others experienced problems with check-in and room changes. Bed comfort and parking also received mixed feedback. Overall, the location and some aspects of service stood out positively, but cleanliness needs significant improvement.
