Pros:I spoke to a lady- Amy prior to my booking. She was the only kind person I came across and she upgraded our room to Superior since it was our anniversary
Cons:At about 2am, we both had Bed bug bites all our body, upon report to the reception and till date none has got back to us to apologize or to give us the feedback of the issue as promised. We were given a business card of the hotel manager and were asked to see him upon check-out. He was there in his office but didn't bother himself to come out and show some customer service. He repeatedly sent people who were unaware of the situation and we had to repeat. Overall, unprofessional people- The last person Mohammed front desk manager said us he will report our inconvenience to GM and keep us in the loop. Again till date no email has been issued. I was also asked by night shift manager to not report this online, when I asked why shouldn't I-he had no answer. This was unprofessional yet again.
