Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the convenient location, with several highlighting the friendly and supportive staff. However, there were repeated complaints about unprofessional or unhelpful service from some staff members, excessive noise from nearby clubs or ongoing construction, and occasional issues with bed comfort. Despite these negatives, positive mentions of amenities and value for money were also noted.AI-generated from customer reviews
