Our room was not cleaned and prepared for occupancy, the pool pump broke months ago so the water was green unable to use. The property needs cleaning and painting. I was ignored by the front desk clerk upon arrival and was told to come back in a half hour although it was past checkin time. He ignored me for 5 minutes as I stood at the front desk as he was watching his phone. I had to ask if this was the front desk and if he was the clerk,when we did return and finally got to the room the bed had been slept in the door was filthy we immediately returned to the front desk asked for refund, and left. This hotel should be dropped from every travel app.
Pros. Not much to like other than I was close to my event.
Cons. It is a very dangerous area and I wouldn’t recommend it to really anyone. Families please don’t go here. It is not safe at all.
