Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's unbeatable location, especially for airport access, and many found the rooms clean and comfortable. Service is often described as friendly and helpful, with several reviewers highlighting positive interactions with staff. However, a recurring complaint is the high price, with many guests feeling the hotel is overpriced for the amenities offered. Some guests also noted issues with bed comfort, noise, and value for money. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience, cleanliness, and generally good service, but guests advise being prepared for the premium cost.AI-generated from customer reviews

Used Marriott points to stay overnight before an early flight out of DIA. It was lovely
Why do high end hotels not have a night light in the bathroom?? I have to carry my own everywhere. On the positive side the Mobil key was fabulous.
Room service during week, would be nice. The hotel was so convenient, clean, comfortable, friendly, the restaurant although a limited menu, great selections, and done well. We took advantage of the location, using the airport, rental cars, and train. Used the pool, hot tub, and restaurant. Very pleased.
Pros (+) Clean, cozy and quiet. Lovely staff.
Cons (-) Noyhing
Pros (+) Clean room. Very convenient to airport.
Cons (-) We originally had 4 guests, 2 adults 2 kids. Our older daughter surprised us and told us she was coming a few days before hand. I called the hotel and told them we needed a cot. When we arrived, they wouldn’t give us a cot saying it was a fire hazard so my son had to sleep on the floor. Very disappointed
Pros (+) The view of the airport's terminal was spectacular
Cons (-) 1) Free internet. It's not 1998 anymore. You don't charge me extra for water or electricity--why do you charge $15 per day for internet?? 2) Thicker walls. For a room that costs over $200 I don't expect to have to knock on my neighbor's door to ask them to keep their voices down 3) Hot water in the hot tub. I like 102--it was more like 92. Warm, but far from hot
Pros (+) Everything was amazing! Great place to stay!
Cons (-) I would’ve liked that the pool/hot tub was bigger
Pros (+) Swift and friendly check in, very clean, excellent amenities, quiet, comfortable bed and terrific bedding. We use this hotel for early morning flights by staying the night before. Takes the stress out of getting through traffic and weather on the morning of travel.
Cons (-) It's expensive.
Pros (+) No one knows anything including how to do their job.
