it's quieter and safer than it looks on the corner of 49th and federal. its at the edge of the neighborhood next to Regis university. easy to get a lyft to south broadway or rino and caphill for under 15$ one way. water pressure is a bit low. the internet was fast enough to game on. also free parking and mccoy's os right there for breakfast.

Pros (+) I paid for 2 double beds and they switched rooms so we only had one double bed. We asked for a cot at least and all we got was some blankets for the floor. The floor is very uncomfortable. I did not get what I paid for.

Pros (+) the location. good size room for one person.
Cons (-) My reservation was not received because their system was down. I was locked out of my room until I straightened my reservation out which required me to be on the phone for one hour. This was not the way I wanted to spend my time on this trip.

Cons (-) Hotel was very dirty. Staff rude and unhelpful. We requested a smoking room and were told that none were available. As I was checking out, someone else who was checking in who requested a smoking room. He was directed to their other property two exits up the highway, where smoking rooms are available. We were not offered this suggestion, even though we were checked in by the same person.
