The room was amazing
They made us stand outside in 9 degrees for 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Would not recommend them to anyone to use in the winter for this reason.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and as described online
The rooms were clean and spacious with a very nice set up. Our room (king suite) had a TV that swiveled between the common area and the bed. The décor is bright and inviting. And the bathroom was spacious with a nice, walk-in shower. We did not hear any of our neighbors the entire time we were staying. The facilities were very comprehensive. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and was well staffed. The kitchen also hosts a free happy hour Mon-Thurs evenings. The fitness center had a basic selection of machines and weights. The location was just ok for going out to downtown Denver (about a 40 minute drive). However, the hotel is just close enough to the airport (without hearing air traffic), and the RTD station was not far from the hotel, which goes directly to Union Station.
This is no fault of the hotel--but there are not a lot of good food options nearby. You need a car to get to anything very delicious (I did not try the hotel bar, so I can't speak to the quality of their food).
A few things need improvement
The wireless was close to worthless. It wasn’t worth trying to use as it was non responsive. The TV wouldn’t display the picture properly no matter which format I picked. Perhaps the use of an HDMI cable from the set top box to the TV instead of using video cables would rectify the problem . We didn’t have enough pillows and was told that there weren’t any extra pillows.

Our room was clean and spacious. A welcome retreat during our extended layover. Their complementary breakfast was good, excellent work on the omelet station. Shuttle drivers to and from the airport were exceptionally courteous.
Too far of a distance from anything. With no connection to the train to downtown and no real dining options nearby, it wasn't ideal.
Good value for the price
It’s 10-15 minutes from the airport, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious. The shuttle service staff are professional and punctual and scheduling is a breeze. The free WiFi is good, as is the included breakfast.
The room I received was not cleaned well, so there were food crumbs on the couch and on the floor of the room. It comes with a full kitchen so I imagine it makes harder to clean.
Great place but is rather expensive, out in the middle of nowhere, but very close to Denver airport.

The furniture was chipped and shabby. The television was too difficult to figure out and the coffee maker did not work. A call to the front desk regarding the television was not helpful and the check in personnel was confused.
