Really great place, amazing staff, friendly and helpful.... very comfortable beds and clean and nice bathrooms... And they provide an excellent free coffee!!! perfect
Friendly, available, helpful, welcoming, and interesting
Lovely facility, kind staff
Pretty chill area and the Jacouzzi is awesome.
The 10 bed dormitory building does not have a bathroom inside so you have to go the main building to use one.
I’m definitely a little OCD, especially when it comes to hotels, but Ember Hostel was great all around! The shared room idea was actually cool! It’s perfect for a solo traveler, as you get the college dorm experience. You have a curtain on your bunk, so you can have privacy if you want. Everyone in our room was super nice and respectful. I didn’t have much time to hang out, as I had homework to finish, and spent a lot of time in my bunk. But both nights I walked past the patio, it seemed like everyone was having a great time. I’ll definitely be back and hopefully I’ll have time to go out there. The location was great. They have a kitchen and laundry area. The bathrooms, while shared were always super clean and the water gets nice and hot. I have no complaints, and I’ll stay there anytime I’m in Denver!
The Ember Hostel in Denver is a cut above what many people would consider for a hostel. It is located in Capitol Hill and it is close to many of the most popular attractions that the city has to offer. The property features just nine rooms, but it is set in a beautiful building. The boutique hostel is a social place where people can get together and have a fun time, even if they do not all know one another.
The property has a range of features in the rooms that help to set it apart. Guests will find five-star, comfortable bunks that have pillowtop mattresses and plush pillows. There are in-bed outlets, along with lights, storage, and privacy curtains.
The Ember Hostel offers even more for the guests to enjoy. It has a fire pit and a table out back, as well as a 12-person Jacuzzi that is quite popular. This can be a good place for guests to meet and socialize, and to unwind after they have had a big day out exploring all that Denver offers. The hostel also has concierge services, laundry facilities, free WiFi in the public areas and the rooms, showers, ironing boards, a 24-hour front desk, and more.
Guests staying at the property will be close to History Colorado, as well as the Denver Art Museum. Plenty of places to dine and grab a drink are in the area, as well. Options include The Fainting Goat, Lowdown Brewery, Charlie Brown’s Bar & Grill, and Benny’s Restaurant.
