No waters at vending machines, pretty sure my Kayak booking said Breakfast included which wasn't. Bad location/nice downstairs, mediocre room, not very quick or on it type of staff at front desk.
Cons (-) I could have got my refund by now
Cons (-) Clean snow off of parking lot.
Pros (+) Beds comfy
Cons (-) Rooms dirty and worn
Pros (+) The clean bathroom. Nice comfortable beds. Lots of towels.
Cons (-) No fridge, needs extra soap, free breakfast. Big lamp didn't work
Pros (+) Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Room was fine. I did not use the restaurants so can't comment on those.
Cons (-) Two words: fitted sheets. I shouldn't have to remake my bed when I want to sleep in it after paying over $150 for the night.
Pros (+) Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Proactive and friendly staff. Good breakfast and free parking
Pros (+) I rrally enjoyed checking in with the friendly staff at the Double Tree. I work at the Broadmoor Hotel and I will say, the service that I recieved was excellent. The staff and my room was oustanding. Thank you for all the great hospitality.
