Pros (+) The location was right in the middle of where I needed to be. Lots of stuff up and down the street to eat and do at all hours of the night.
Cons (-) Neighborhood is in the middle of a turn around so place looked less than inviting.

Cons (-) Everything. First room we were in had hair on the beds and towels and a foot appeared to have kicked a hole in the bathroom door. The second room we were in was an upgrade from the first in that there was no hair. However, the bathroom door did not have a latch and the shower head was falling out of the wall. Pros (+) The hotel was a good location for visiting the area. It was quite loud on the street outside on Fri and Sat nights and the walls are paper thin, so bring earplugs.
Cons (-) The hotel was pretty run down. There was peeling paint near the baseboards in the bathroom and it smelled like a cheap hotel in the lobby and the room. But it was clean enough and the price was obviously good. If you're not going to be in the room much it's not so bad.

Pros (+) Staff was prompt and helpful. If you can get a room on the east side of the building the bar next door won't bother you. Walkable area, but the neighborhood could be better.
