For a 3 star hotel, it is not that bad. Room was clean. Location was very near heart of the downtown.
We stayed on the second floor. We were provided with two sets of ear plugs but did not know it would get that noisy at night. It was so noisy that we could not sleep at all. I would not stay at this hotel ever.
I had to switch rooms three times due to issues, housekeeping came in in the morning when I was asleep. The walls are also VERY thin.
Excellent shower with great products and perfectly pressured and hot water. Comfy bed. Felt clean. Hip vibe downstairs with a pool table and games you could check out from the front desk. Kind front desk staff.
The A/C unit was loud. They do provide earplugs, not for the A/C but because it's located in a happening neighborhood for nightlife. I didn't use them (don't like how they feel) and didn't hear any outside noise.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
I poured a beverage into my glass and the bartender scolded me saying I couldn’t do that in the lobby...
The Location was PERFECT! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Loved the bar and the bartender was very personable.
A pool or hot tub would've been nice. A rooftop garden or sitting area would be cool.
