Cons: Bins that were emptied between 2am - 3am. Crane used to empty and sound of crashing glass bottles unbearable. I never slept during my stay. I asked to speak to a manager but they would not show up in person -only over phone did they offer a small refund and I left a day earlier than planned. Staff were lovely but new staff were not even aware of the bins outside

Nothing special apart from the freshly squeezed orange juice but certainly no complaints. Staff were helpful and friendly whenever we saw them. Secure, easy access parking was available nearby...at a price!

Cons: Restaurant and bar under renovation and therefore out of use during stay. When finished it will be to high standard i have no doubt. This did not hinder our stay at all and look forward to returning when completed.

Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel was a little noisy as next to a roundabout and this made use of the balcony somewhat limited. Disappointing than the hotel restaurant was closed but they offered room service from a nearby restaurant, which was ok and not bad value. The cost of the parking was a bit high.

Cons: Our room was on the first floor and every time the room upstairs used their bathroom it sounded like it was coming through the ceiling. The waste pipes went through our wall. You can put up with it for a while however it did start to be an issue

Pros: Absolutely amazing hotel in Denia old town. The staff were amazing & so helpful. Will definitely book again if we go to Denia again. There is no lift due to the age of the hotel & a lift would certainly spoil the building so if you book ask for a ground floor room: however if like us you assumed there would be a lift the staff were very very helpful & carried our suitcases for us. Denia is very nice & the local restaurants were incredibly cheap compared to the prices in Catalonia.

Cons: We originally booked for 1 night and then decided to stay another so the children could enjoy the pool the next day as we checked in after 6. The indoor pool was not very clean and the gym was very tired and equipment looked old. Our room was not cleaned the second night we stayed. It was very windy the first night and we decided to have a drink before deciding what to do for dinner. We were told, we were not allowed to sit under any shelter as it was only for restaurant guests. So the fact that we were staying as guests we had to sit in the cold wind to finish our drinks? Also WIFI was a fixed rate of 5 euros a day but 20 if you stayed the whole week. Never had issues with wifi connection before in any hotels.

Cons: Music at the bar was a little loud starting at 8PM, but, thankfully stopped before bed time.

Pros: A perfect location for the port and town. It felt like having a family flat with good,unobtrusive staff and a key to come and go as we pleased. Quiet and peaceful. Adjoining restaurant was lovely and well run.
Cons: Deposit ahead of full booking confirmation and breakdown of lift. Lift was just unfortunate and can happen to any hotel.

Pros: This hotel should have been around 30 euros not 70 the room had no air con or fans and it was so hot i mainly sat in the shower all night. The noice was so loud that you could not sleep. People fighting in the bar down stairs, I did not sleep all night and in fact was quite scared as on a number of occasions people who were drunk tried to get into the room i hopefully suspect through mistake or there own room. I would not recomend this hotel there are far better places to stay at the prices the ask.

Cons: Nothing really, check-in was a bit strange. The main door was locked with instructions to phone a number, my key was located in a box on the wall to which I was given the security code. Might have been a problem if my phone was out of juice!

Cons: Tiny shower, threadbare towels and sheets, hugely noisy recycling refuse collection every morning at about 1am, and then a second again hugely noisy normal refuse collection early morning. Blocked drain in wash hand basin, never anyone around to report the fault.
