- the man at the reception was great, very helpful and so were the cleaning ladies - good location with just a few minutes from where all the life is buzzing - fresh towels, sheets, shower gel and shampoo every day (but the cockroach in the bathroom...) - the wifi was ok - balcony and air conditioning - spacious room
- after we came back from the city centre, there was a huge cockroach, the size of a man's thumb, inside the bathroom. My fiance jumped out of the shower screaming and was scared to enter it again. This spoiled the trip for us, which is a shame, because otherwise the rooms seemed clean, with fresh towels and shower gel provided every day. However, this bug was unacceptable. In our country there are policies regulating such things as these bugs carry illnesses. The owners should make sure such situations never happen. - There are not enough power sockets. Literally ONE if you wanted to have the TV and fridge plugged in. One more in the bathroom. This is so easy to deal with I find the situation baffling. - for some reason the vending machine was switched off around 10 p.m. which unexpectedly forced us to go shopping for some water late at night, the coffee vending machine at the reception provided the WORST and SMALLEST cup of hot chocolate we have ever had, it was like water with chocolate aroma - one long pillow for two persons is a bad idea
Location excellent, on a very quiet road which leads to the castle. A 2 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants around the streets of Loreto and de la Mar. Mercadona and other supermarkets within easy walking distance. Room very clean; small fridge and excellent air conditioning. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags in the office as we arrived early. Nice view (see pic) from our window over the convent nearby.
The bed pillow is one long, very high and hard pillow so I personally found it a little uncomfortable and the showering area is very small (so hard to keep the shower curtain from sticking to me).
Two problems I faced during my stay 1-wifi signal does not come on 2nd floor 2- There should be one Microwave at some common place to warm the food.
Location. BeautifulView from room(s). (I got another room when I got fed up with the noise my neighbour was making and got another room). Nice management and cleaning staff.
The walls must be very thin, for it was easy (if I had understood the language) to follow my neighbour’s conversation on his phone... Even when I moved into the room below him, I could hear him talk and hear his music.
The place is close to the center.
The bed, and it doesnt have hot water.
