Madame Jean, is more like a hostess than the proprietor of the hotel. She is extremely helpful, most accommodating, and thoroughly charming! The hotel is well located and a very pleasant place with a "family" feeling.
There is no elevator. However on our arrival Madame Jean insisted on taking our cases and carrying them up to the second floor herself. And when she heard me coming down the stairs with my suitcase bumping on each step, she immediately came up and brought it down for me.
