Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location near the airport, which is frequently mentioned as a major positive. However, many reviews highlight issues with service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff and slow responses. Cleanliness is another concern, with several guests noting dirty rooms, worn linens, and inadequate bathroom maintenance. The breakfast also receives criticism for limited options and quality. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and breakfast quality.
