you here every little noise and when neighbors talk, it's like they are standing in your room. Doors and windows move with the wind so I had to sleep with earplugs. Why don't you invest a night's stay to fix the doors? Can't understand
The location was great- right next to the bridge.
I tried to stay positive about this stay but I will be honest in that I was disappointed. First when I arrived when I was scheduled to arrive I was locked out with my luggage for over 30 mins while the staff were upstairs and not answering the doorbell. I had to have someone on the street call them to let me in while I sat outside with my luggage. When I was let in there was uncomfortable whispering exchanged and it made the stay start off uneasy. The coffee was cold and old and had to be put in the microwave and the room was cleaned and turned over for the next guest around my luggage 2 hours before I was to check out. The location was great. I was a bit frustrated overall- but I’m sure it was just an off week.
It is very well located and it is a pleasant walk by the river.
The room was too cold
Close to old city. Staff pleasant.
Parking expensive, wasn’t advised of a discount price until we were ready to leave, even though had asked about parking on our arrival. Shower awkward to use. Bed on one side sloped. Tall person wouldn’t be able to sleep on one side as you would bang your head on ceiling getting in and out. Included breakfast packet croissant and cake no jam. Eat out.
Easy to get to both the "old" town and the "new" town. Walkable from the bus terminal (and the in-town regional train terminal). Hotel faces a river and a park. Hotel also turned on heating before sleeping time so one feels warm and cozy after coming back from walks in the winder season. Hotel does not provide breakfast officially but does provide packaged simple plain mini pastries and hot coffee, cocoa and tea bags in the morning in a ground floor room.
