10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jacuzzi and fireplace in the room
Cons: No minibar in the room
1.0 Poor
Pros: Victoria was as helpful is she could be and the bed was comfortable
Cons: For a start it was not a hotel nor was it what anyone would call a 4 star boutique hotel. It was a set of separate rooms with no obvious reception or focus points. Our room was tired and in need of updating - bedding was old and frayed and nothing seemed to be as it appeared to be on the website. There were 2 mismatched coathangers, grass round the private pool was not cut, broken light fittings and a general air of neglect(definitely not 4 star) The staff were as helpful as they could be but could not make up for the lack of facilities and lack of care for guests. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1 ( and if we’d found alternative accommodation that evening we would not have even stayed for one night). Breakfast came to the room on a tray - coffee was lukewarm but less than one cup each but the rancid butter was the final straw really. It was one of 4 places we booked , was the most expensive and by far the most disappointing of all the places we stayed.
6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was outstanding. But we were very confused why we had no access to a pool and why I had to pay extra for my daughter. I’m not sure if it’s the mixed up between languages (Spanish to English) on their website, or if it was booking.com (who was TERRIBLE to deal with, when trying to fix these issues), but it was not a fun experience.
Cons: No pool. Having to pay extra for my daughter.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location and quiet surrounding. Breakfast excellent.
Cons: More care shoukd be taken to cleaning.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff, service, atmosphere, breakfast, all were excellent. Went out of their way to make you well welcome.
Cons: Need to have Google maps to find.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully designed: furnishings and architecture. Modern building, mixed old/contemporary inside.
Cons: Website is not as totally clear as it could be that some rooms/cabins have no pool.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place with terrace and private pool and delicious breakfast in the room, both air conditioning and heating were available which was very important in that period and place (very hot and cold in the same day). Kind and helpful service.
Cons: Only that the breakfast was a bit late (not until 9.00), so if you wanted to have it (which was worth it, specially outside by the pool) you had to arrange for your day to start late.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean , very nice place
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room, the bed, the private garden, and the breakfast.
Cons: The swimming pool was very cold and we felt the price was too high for the service provided
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were so friendly, breakfast was wonderful.the bed was glorious.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: As I didn't eat little breakfast the owner invited me to own of her Fantastic green teas! Personal touch and very delicious Upon arrival, they also let me choose between the 2 empty rooms to see which one I preferred. I really appreciated this and I felt welcome and at home. I would return. Definitely a good haven if you're looking to spend a couple of days relaxing and retreating from life!
Cons: hostel is a walk from historical centre, but not so far. if you are aware of it it's no problem.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was located across the river from the main touristy zone, so it was in a nice and quiet part of the town. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice balcony overlooking the small plaza below.
Cons: The rooms are quite loud from within. You can hear the neighbors and the doors closing very loudly. The entrance to the hotel was smoky even though there is a no smoking sign, but the rooms were not.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: staff and hostal are perfect
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The breakfast of coffee, fruit, toast with tomato and baked goods was a perfect way to start a day of hiking and site seeing. We parked for free on the main street along the river. The hostel is in a perfect location to see everything you would want in the old city, as well as a short walk to the restaurants and bars outside the tourist zone. I would 100% recommend staying there if you like a family run bed and breakfast type of accommodation.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room with a beautiful view.
Cons: We had breakfast at the hostel the first morning. After that we decided to go to a cafe in the neighbourhood. That did not bother us as breakfast is not included in the price.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful and kind.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great room in quiet side of building
Cons: We were not informed about this Fiesta. I had asked for details of parking- to be advised that there may be a problem due to the fiesta was not a suitable answer. I tried telephoning the property twice - no answer. I had to park in Parking Mangana and walk quite a distance with luggage. Surly reception from young girl on Reception. Were then informed that there would be no breakfast served - due to the Fiesta??? Why??? A great room - in a fabulous part if the Old Town - but our booking could have been handled much better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, powerful shower, beautiful view over gorge (which asked for).
Cons: Met on arrival by receptionist 6pm... but no other contact with hotel staff during stay... not a criticism but maynot suit some guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location with stunning views
Cons: No parking but there was some nearby at a cost or free further up the hill
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Lovely traditional Spanish ambiance and hospitality. Spotless housekeeping and - behind a dull street facade - charming interiors. Comfy bed and nicely appointed bathroom. Location is fantastic: right on the main street with parking 50m further on on the LHS. - Best idea is to park the car and then walk back to the hotel. - The car park has a lift / elevator so you can pull your stuff along.
Cons: I could have been shorter - or the door to my bedroom could have been taller... Ouch! ( I was warned, but forgot!)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice, stylish room with beautiful view to the canyon. Room was very big, even to big for two people. We had separate room with TV entertainment. In the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunset in quite room. Breakfast for this price (5€) was OK, but nothing special. Ham, cheese, tomatoes. No scrambled eggs or bacon. You can park for free outside the city, but it's only 5-7min walk.
Cons: Nothing to complain.

7.5 Good
Pros: The food was very good and being able to choose breakfast was a bonus. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

7.1 Good
Pros: Clean straight forward hotel.
Cons: None

Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A modern efficient hotel providing excellent service at good value for money.

Cons: Location was a mile or so from the historic centre. Not a problem for us but other clients should be aware.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lady Receptionist really superb. Good breakfast. Super room. Lovely crisp sheets.
Cons: A bit far from town

Pros: This is a good two-star accommodation. It is located by the river and close to one main stop of the tourist train. We did have a king bed.

Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: the location is superb, walking distance from both the new city centre as well as the old town with the major sights. the rooms are tastefully decorated and pleasant to use.
Cons: the wifi didn't work, and when i told the staff, they maintained that it did work, even though i showed them it didn't on two devices i carried. it was mostly the attitude of not taking me serious that was unpleasant. only after two days was the problem solved.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room in old building. Room 210 have spacey bathroom. Air conditioner in good place do not blow directly to the bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here just for one night: arrived in Cuenca about 1pm and left next morning. Of course if you are looking for a relaxed stay in luxury this is not your option. But as a base to explore Cuenca - what can be better? The hostel is located in a nice quiet street near the river, with great views. Just 5-10 minutes -and you are at the center of the historical town. If you are lucky to find a parking place, you can park the car for free just on the opposite side of the street. If not - quite near the hostel there is an official car parking and for hostel guests the price is 10 euros per day ( however if you want to park the car, then go somewhere in the evening, and come back, you’ll have to pay for each parking time separately). To get the price of 10 euros you have to ask someone from the hostel to go with you to the parking when you are leaving. When we arrived, Yolanda showed us the best routes on Cuenca map and recommended where to have dinner. However please note that dinner in Cuenca starts about 8:30 - 9 pm. Before this time the recommended restaurants were closed. The hostel is located in an old building and the furniture in the room is wooden and quite basic, but the bathroom is quite modern and equipped with all you need. The bed is also very comfortable. In the morning they serve free coffee with croissants and some other pastry, which is also very convenient. Please be advised that English is spoken but very little, so it would be better if you know some Spanish or have a Google translator in your phone. Have a nice trip to Cuenca and stay in Hostal Posada Huécar!

Pros: Clean; good bathroom.

The location is superb - super close to the train/bus station and. 10min walk to the old parts of Cuenca! The hotel, while a humble one, is super clean and run extremely well. 8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is well situated. Just one stop after the bus station with the line 1. It is at walking distance from Cuenca old city (around 15 minutes). The host was nice and could speak enough english. Room for 1 person was small but quiet and clean. WIFI was excellent
Cons: There is no view from the window. Not a problem for me but this is not high luxury hotel
5.8 Okay
Pros: The ladies at the front desk were very kind
Cons: The rooms were very Cold, the ¨free¨parking really just means that you will have to find your Own free street parking, and breakfast is NOT an option - included despite what the website may say. There was no place to fill up water bottles and no Kitchen to use Either. All and all, it did not feel Worth the money
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, we felt at home.
Cons: Nothing.
6.7 Good
Pros: The personel was welcome. The ladies were not good in English but we managed to communicate. The location was good, close to the railway station and places to eat. Beware that the high-speed train station is outside the town!
Cons: The room was dark and not cosy. Furniture was outdated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful. They knew enough English to help us out. The room was very clean and the bathroom was roomy. The location was good for downtown Cuenca and it was a 20 minutes walk to old town.
Cons: There is no parking available and the room was not air conditioned.

6.3 Good
Pros: Nice and quiet cleanliness

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff and great location outside the city
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room with great views from the balcony, and really comfortable bed. The spa was good value at 10 euros pp per hour,
Cons: The temperature of the sauna was very hot.
6.3 Good
Pros: Tranquil environment for a good sleep, Cuenca only 10km away and as a motorcyclist I was offered to use owner's garage to park the bike there.
Cons: Just 1 hour (from 9am till10am) for breakfast so if you need to access your email or find other info that is your slot in the reception area. Otherwise wifi zone is availanle in the courtyard but if it is cold you need a warm jacket because it is outside.
7.9 Good
Pros: We liked it’s rural location , the room was lovely and warm when we arrived, on a freezing day-a heater had been put on in our room and it was so cosy and welcoming. The owner was very friendly, happy for us to try our bad Spanish on him! Breakfast basic but ok, plentiful. Free parking. Quiet.
Cons: Our room was very small. There was no facility for tea/coffee- but it was still ok.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: La Melgosa is a tiny town near Cuence, but we had a great time, the hotel was excellent and a great value for the money. Really enjoyed our stay. In fact we originally booked for 2 nights, but stayed for 4..
Cons: We missed a better café near the property. There was a good one, but with limited products. However it was an excellent place to have dinner
Posada San Martin - Cuenca - Bedroom

Overview Reviews
Posada San Martín is a restored Medieval building in the historic centre of Cuenca, with views of the River Huecar. Each room has heating, TV and a hydromassage shower. The San Martí is next to Cuenca’s Plaza Mayor. The walled city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous for its hanging houses and Spain’s first Gothic Cathedral. Rooms at the Posada have traditional design. The beds have comfortable latex mattresses. There are also one-bedroom apartments, with a lounge and kitchen area.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Not cleaned up. Old equipment. One night ok, but not more.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location, size of the apartment and great value for money. The view from the unit is amazing. It is right in the old City on the edge of the cliffs with a view all over the valley and to the Jesus statue on the mountain.
Cons: The old stairs to access the unit are steep and uneven. There is no lift, so don't have too much luggage. No hair dryer and very few appointments.
7.9 Good
Pros: The bed was good, as was the view. The location was perfect, and the room had what we needed i.e. an en suite bathroom. There was also a working TV and remote.
Cons: As all the reviews say, the front door is a bit ominous, but it is nice inside and the off-putting front isn't really important, and is understandable, because of the way Cuenca is made up of many hills and rocks. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, e.g. the bed, the sheets and towels, but was dealt with while we went on our way, before we came back again later.
Hotel Torremangana - Cuenca - Building

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Professional (not cordial, rather reserved, 4-stars-attitude?) welcome. (I put it in the like-section to make it more balanced and it has a humoristic aspect :-)
Cons: Accoustc isolation is not excellent: you here when the doors are closing as well as the high-pressured-flushs. The glass protection for showers are not comfortable, you have to be aware and you can't really just enjoy a good shower! The welcome lounge does not make you want to spend a little while comfortably, chairs are worn down.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is ideally located for the town centre and the attractions e.g. the ‘hanging houses’. A good breakfast is provided and is good value for money.
Cons: The mattress’s were a little hard and the bacon at breakfast was undercooked (for my liking).

Pros: Location was good, not far from motorway for access and an easy walk up to the old town. Room was a bit faded glory, but clean and comfortable. Reception staff were excellent.
Cons: Service in the cafeteria was very hit and miss. No individual menus available for dinner, just a large central board and we were overcharged for drinks, until we pointed out error to them.

Cons: Parking was limited and I usually like hotels closer to the center, but this was not a fault with the hotel.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The Underground Parking was good and a reasonable price. Didn't have breakfast. No tea making facilities. Average room, nothing special.
Cons: Location was a good way out from the old town, Beds were tired and squeaky as was the sound insulation between rooms. A couple next door coming in at 4 a.m. and attempting all sorts of bedroom gymnastics didn't help our opinion. Not a place we would stop at again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, value, friendly owners
Cons: There was nothing I disliked. I had a good experience.
6.7 Good
Cons: No kitchen facilities despite advertised in the hotel description
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, they let us leave our bags in the Hostal for the day as we had our train at 5pm. When we got back they had gone out but we phoned them directly and they came within 5 minutes to open the door for us.
Cons: The location lets the property down. Its about 20 mins from the centre and has a terrible hill to reach the property.
6.3 Good
Pros: Easy parking around the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom in our suite had an unpleasant foul odour.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable. The room was light and airy, with an excellent view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. Walking access to the city was easy.
Cons: We chose this hotel partly because of its stated proximity to the Cuenca railway station (1.2km). This was quite misleading as the RENFE station (Cuenca Fernando Zobel, the one most travellers would use) is some 5km further out of town. The station in the city no longer handles Intercity trains. Booking.com needs to change this reference on its website (and probably for other hotels, also). The main issue we had with the Buenavista was that our room's access card stopped working most days, which was a real hassle when the reception desk was unattended. Once located, the staff quickly attended to the problem, only to have it recur the next day.

Pros: Basic but nice.
Cons: No natural light in bedroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location, really good
Cons: A little bit noisy
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was cosy and near everything. The place is perfect to park and enjoy Cuenca
Cons: There wasn’t hairdryer.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: clean and comfortable room.Very good price compared to the quality. Close to the beautiful old town of Cuenca.
Cons: communication problems. Noise from the corridor when someone walk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the room was incredibly comfortable and cosy. nice decoration, practicsl furniture, clean bed.check out was very flexible as was the check in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful, friendly host! I came too early without informing them and they drove to meet me straight away!
7.1 Good
Pros: The hostel is situated a bit on the outskirts of the city, so finding a parking spot is very easy. The good thing is, Cuenca is a very small city. In about 20 minutes you're in the old part of the city, which is lovely to see.
Cons: When I arrived, the owner of the hostel was not present. Luckily, an inhabitant of the building let me in, so I could get into the hostel with a code. Then I couldn't find the keys, even when the owner explained everything on the phone. In the end, I ended up in another room, but it hadn't been cleaned yet. also, the heating worked sporadically, so sometimes it was very cold in my room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It exceeded my expectations! So clean and beautiful cozy room and big size! The staff was so helpful and kind! So well located in the hearth of cuenca
Cons: Nothing, it’s all good
9.2 Excellent
Cons: No reception on arrival Not enough towels No coffee facilities as promised in the ad.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was big enough for me, the hydro massage shower was quite nice and relaxing after a day of sightseeing under the blazing sun! The lady who checked me in was very friendly, even though she didn't speak English, so we had to communicate in broken English. Very good location, within walking distance to the casco viejo and to the casas colgadas and there are many bars and restaurants nearby.
Cons: I sent an email and a whatsapp message asking about check in and it took them a while to reply. When I left there was no one to check me out, so I had to leave the keys on the door. I guess there were some communication issues that could be improved.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: This hostel needs renovation but in general good value for money. Reception girl was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Towels were rotten and not white. Hotel is a bit shabby
7.5 Good
Pros: People nice. Walking distance to food good
Cons: No view. Window scenery was depressing beds horrible.
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, good and cheap breakfast,
Cons: Smell in my room (because of humidity or cleaning products ), bad view, noisy
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hostal is in the newer part of town. Most of the sights are in the old town up the hill, but if you don't want to walk, a couple of bus routes (Nos 1 & 2) will take you there. Buy a 10 journey "bonobús" from any bus driver for €6.30. The hostal is basic but comfortable, with helpful staff. I didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment.
Cons: No complaints.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A bargain in the centre of Cuencal - although the exterior facade may not appear to be welcoming, the rooms inside were clean and well presented. The decor is a little old, but this doesn't diminish the value. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was pleasant.
Cons: The property is located in the centre of town, which is fine if you want the experience of being near the pubs/bars and main roads in and out of town. Overall, there wasn't much to dislike.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location - able to walk to the old town in 20 mins. Lots of shops and restaurants closeby. Bus and regional railway station 5 mins walk. Room (twin room) very spacious, clean and quiet. Staff nice and helpful. Great shower.
Cons: Rooms rather dated and basic - definitely no frills. Room very hot and small fan did not really help keep it cool.
6.3 Good
Pros: Not expensive, fine for 1 or 2 nights. For 8 euros you can park your car in the garage next to the hotel. The room was clean.
Cons: The (not included) breakfast in the hotel is not recommended, would rather grab something in a cafe nearby. Staff seemed a bit inexperienced, but this wasn't really a problem. The room was fine, but not to spend too much time in.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location close to everything, nice staff, clean, the bed was comfortable!
Cons: The bathroom was very small with the basin that was not like a real shower nor bath. Also at 1:30 at night my neigbours arrived shouting and watching TV until falling asleep
9.2 Excellent
Pros: the location is close to the bus station but needs to walk 20-25min to get to the old town (cathedral square.) breakfast is cheap.
Cons: better wifi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location close to the shops of the new town and short walk (uphill) to the old town. There is a tourist train runs from the shopping area up to the old town. Large room with modern bathroom which looked like it had been recently refurbished. Parking next door to hotel was easy to access and much roomier than a lot in Spain! Definitely recommended.

Pros: The stay in the hotel was wonderful. We were planning a short stop to enjoy the pool and visit the city on one night, so was great... Nice stay and possibilities for repeating again in future.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were amazed at the facilities. We would have thought we were in a 4 star. We had a suite with state of the art showers.Dinner was excellent as was the breakfast Very friendly an helpful staff set in amazing surroundings
Cons: Absolutely nothing it was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The comfortable simplicity and lack of pretentiousness.
Cons: Nada
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The pool is big and has a bar, lunch is at tables overlooking the pool area. We liked the restaurant in the central courtyard with a fountain. The river gorge around the hotel is beautiful and Cuenca is super close.
Cons: The price was more expensive than similar places. Also, they have only one menu that stays the same every day, lunch and dinner. They need to offer some daily special for the sake of variety.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is fabulous Away up in the mountain well its not too far away either
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The jacuzzi , the surroundings and the value for money
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good value for money
Cons: Breakfast so so
5.8 Okay
Pros: The restaurant staff were really nice, we don't speak much Spanish and they didn't speak English but with Google translate we got there had a great evening meal and super breakfast with smiles and that's from both sides, Top marks to them. The pool was great too, just what we needed after the days long drive.
Cons: We were put on a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable, the other two single beds in the and the room must have had a dog on them from the last guest as there were lots of short black hair all over them. The bathroom had quite a lot of mould in the corners as the exterior fan had not been working for quite some time. Our boys room was not to bad, both rooms could do with a a good clean as there was rather a lot of dust in obvious places eg; light fittings, the corner of the rooms ect ect, places that need cleaning two or three times a week so you wouldn't notice the build up. We think this was one of the dog friendly rooms, but that should not be an excuse. Otherwise this would have been an excellent place to stay.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Centrally located to down. very comfortable with pool and breakfast offered
Cons: Can not walk to town
7.0 Good
Pros: Swimming pool was great. Location was good. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: No air-conditioning. Lighting was poor.

6.7 Good
Pros: Very good kitchen, extremely nice terrace, good location to visit and park Cuenca.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The excellent location for visiting Cuenca, and vantage points for taking pictures of the famous cliff homes.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was perfect, just far enough out of the town to be quiet and restful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on both nights of our stay and the Menu de Hotel was excellent. Waiter service was great and the food was nice and hot!
4.4 Okay
Pros: the veiws were excelent from hotel grounds
Cons: Light fittings hanging by wiresfrom ceiling, full of cobwebs
4.4 Okay
Pros: sightseeing and theposition of the hotel
Cons: the breakfast buffet bread was stale staff were not responsive and the variety of meats and fresh fruits was poor
4.8 Okay
Pros: Nice and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Fine breakfast
Cons: Except for the lady receptionist the staff is poor in English (and German and French as well). The restaurant should open already at 8 pm in stead og 9 pm
5.2 Okay
Pros: The quiteness.
Cons: Too far away from anything.
7.6 Good
Pros: The situation ,food, staff, and the history of the building.
Cons: I felt it a shame that the grounds seem to be a little neglected,at one time it must have been lovely.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the accommodation, the location, the restaurant.Got a bed and breakfast package which was superb value for money. All located in one of the most beautiful towns I have visited.
Cons: Having to leave it.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful, scenic location, with views of the ‘casas colgadas’. Also the inside of the hotel is nicely decorated. We travelled with our 1,5 year old son, there was room enough for him to play inside the hotel although no dedicated playing area.
Cons: I didn’t find the hotel a good value for your money. The hotel itself is very pretty, but the rooms are actually quite plain and in my opinion don’t live up to the price you pay for them. Same goes for the breakfast, 19 euro pp was just too much for what you get compared to other hotels. Staff was friendly but not very attentive, maybe because they’re understaffed with two people serving the whole breakfast crowd.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location and very good breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: All was good
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, friendly staff

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and old classy hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Fantastic location and Boutique style accommodation
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This notorious Parador is located in a unique position close to the city centre. Access to the town is over a pedestrian bridge across a steep gorge. The rooms are spacious and ours overlooked the city and beyond. We did not eat here (rather expensive). But there were plenty of places in the town. One member of staff was a bit surly the other helpful and pleasant. Parking is a nightmare. Room for about six cars. A further six might fit tucked into the dead end road otherwise it was in public parking at the bottom of the hill.
Cons: Parking

Pros: The location is fabulous. Wonderful 17th century building with lots of charm.
Cons: There was no food service on Monday at all but it was impossible to know it in advance from publicly available information.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Incredible building created on hillside in centre of the old town. Just fascinating to walk around.
Cons: You need to be happy with lots of steps unless you specify a ground floor room. Note: no parking nearby so cars have to be take elsewhere. Staff not always easy to locate.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location!
Cons: Would have liked an aircon instead of a fan
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great view, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good value for money too. There were lots of extra blankets for the cold nights.
Cons: It’s quite a climb up the hill and parking around the area is expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here last year and requested the same room (32) but were upgraded to room 33. The room was beautifully furnished, the huge bed was very comfortable, there was tea and coffee making facilities and a bathroom with the biggest bath I’ve ever seen and an amazing assortment of toiletries. One of the best things about the room was that it had two terraces, both with amazing views and in the 38 degree heat we were able to get a lovely cool breeze through the room. The hotel is in a great location just a few steps from the main historic centre and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as it was closed Sunday evening, although we did have a lovely breakfast next morning, there was a really good selection of cereals, meats, cheese, fruit, pastries and cake. Super place highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful views.
Cons: Staff would refuse to give us a double bed.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The views from the room were spectacular, the room was clean and provided all necessary amenities in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff and food was good.
Cons: There could have been an A/C as it does get very warm. We needed a bug stopper on the windows so that they could be left open. More comfortable bedding would have been nicer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The most I like was the room with terrace. Amazing views. The location is also really good, close to the cathedral, in the middle of the center of Cuenca.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing about this accommodation met our expectations. Staff had limited English but even so we enjoyed the challenge of trying to communicate.
Cons: Breakfast room was a little too warm
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed how you felt you travelled back in time staying there. The hotel was tucked away so peacefully, and close to everything. Restaurant has a gorgeous view of the gorge, do don't miss their lovely continental breakfast. If you choose to have dinner at their restaurant, I suggest booking a couple days ahead to grab a good table view! Wonderful place!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location in the centre of the "old town". Hotel very clean and spacious, staff friendly, rooms were large as was the bathroom. Couldn't fault it.
Cons: Nothing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was really comfortable. What we loved the most was the breakfasts. Best yet on our Portugal/Spain holiday.
Cons: The air conditioning didn't work so we were forced to open the door/window, and the noise was absolutely unbearable. Had to keep them open as the heat was too much. The room we slept in was very tatty, with sockets coming away from the wall, and mould in the bathroom. Could have done with a lick of paint. The car park was very expensive. Maybe the hotel should incorporate that into their reasonable hotel prices, as this, so we thought was the cheapest hotel yet.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect
7.9 Good
Pros: Large room with great view. Pleasant town to stroll. Breakfast was huge with hot food in addition to excellent continental fare. Served in a large restaurant. Free parking in large lot at end of town.
Cons: Limited restaurant options in the small town. Dinner starts at 8:30 PM.
6.7 Good
Pros: Food was very disappointing. Nothing really in the hotel and you had to park in an underground car park up the hill - very difficult to stop outside even to move luggage. Our room had no windows except a small skylight very little furniture in the huge space an horrid bed linen. I plug-in the bathroom for two basins and a bath. Good hot water. Very little atmosphere in the hotel. Cuenca town though absolutely beautiful.
6.3 Good
Pros: Locatie
Cons: Bad lightning in the bathroom and we had a room on the attic with no view no airco. Parking was not free.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly ,great beds
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk, location, room, bathtub❤️, breakfast buffet and view‼️
Cons: Nada!

Cons: The hotel is lovely but if your room is at the front of the hotel it is very noisy early morning and last thing at night with the traffic going along the cobbled street.

Pros: Loved the location, the size of the room and the view
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds!! Really important after a day's exploring. And great breakfast to start the day. Lovely views from our rear bedroom window.
Cons: There was no info regarding the hotel in the room. Thought there could be a little more regarding the spa facilities available and guidance as to where it was. Also open times of the bar/restaurant/cafeteria.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: A three star hotel? No kettle, no coffee, no tea, no refrigerator...the room was REALLY tiny. The kitchen doesn't open until 8:15, so if you have early departure plans, forget it. The wake up call requested was 25 minutes late. The front desk didn't speak English, and did NOT understand that I needed a taxi since the first bus starts at 9. AND... the worst of all...cigarette smoke was coming into my room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful even guided us to hotel when we got lost. The hotel is charming ,rooms large and airy ,bed very comfortable ,breakfast plentiful. The interior has been tastefully renovated but has kept its character.
Cons: Nothing we did nt like

Pros: the location
Cons: the breakfast

Cons: Restaurant closed Breakfast very poor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property. Great breakfast. Could have given some exact instructions about parking our car. We parked in the wrong car park thinking we were legal. We did enquire but maybe communication error. We did move our car once we realised we were in the incorrect space. Hope we don’t get a ticket in the post. Otherwise absolutely excellent in every way.
Cons: Only parking instructions insufficient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing, wonderful location, one of the finest rooms I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the globe. The bed was outstanding, the views...incredible and for the price just brilliant. We had to tell the reception staff how lovely our stay was.
Cons: We liked everything, it was perfect.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very good price
Cons: Top of a hill long way to walk up, esp. if lots of luggage.

Cons: Nothing. But second room was too small and no fridge
