The staff service was amazing. The rooms was as it is appeared to look online. The breathtaking view was much more than we expected. The food and drinks where super. The massage that me and my husband received was so relaxing and getting from and to the airport was cheaper than the prizes that I saw online.
I have no complaints
The staff were nice, even knowing that they were super tired once they worked a lot, this for us was a pity, because we saw a lot of old age employees working form the breakfast until the dinner shifts. The beach, super beautiful and calm, a nice place to go with kids.
The food was terrible, the only place you can eat ok its on the Italian restaurant, that actually is not a restaurant, besides that the others restaurants needs to do a reservation. There is no maintenance in the hotel and bedrooms were dirty, full of sand from the others guests (I also stepped in a huge piece o glass in the floor) , also they took all de day to clean it. One of the most absurd, it was that I booked a premium category (much more expensive than the regular one) to have a bangalô because of my little baby and there isn't availability, you must need to reserve it within 24hrs in advance, whats means that there isn't bangalô enough for all the premiums guests, that pay more for a better service! The pool was complicated, the one with a ocean view was for adults only, so if you have a kid or a teenager you only can use the kids pool, far way from the ocean and a huge caos, because its super small according to the number of guests during a high season. I used to travel a lot for Melia's hotels and this one was super disappointing. I really do not recommend it, if you compare with Melia Cancun this one its a complete disaster!
Food was okay not great
They changed the times everyday for bar opening and house cleaning
Property is right on the water and it is a great value for your money. There is awesome snorkeling up the beach a little bit right past the cement jetty. Beds were comfortable and shower was great.
Buffet can be difficult during lunch and dinner for picky eaters.
Nice surroundings, nice pools
Terrible food, the buffet was really bad!!
