Our room was not serviced at all for 2 days. We had to order new towels and other amenities. The parking policy, self park vs valet was confusing. My account was charged for both self park and valet each day. I had it reversed and the account was corrected when checked out. The on-site Starbucks staff was not very attentive. Pros (+) I recommend the Silver Trumpet Restaurant and Bar, within walking distance of the Westin. Lakeview outdoor seating with cozy fire 🔥 pits.

Pros (+) Beds were comfortable. Room was well-maintained. Staff was very kind. The valets were especially helpful, looking for taxis, offering water
Cons (-) Amenities too expensive. ($9.00 a day to have music on the TV?) Day parking fee was reduced for our convention but no reduction for those of us who were staying in the hotel. Tub/shower was dangerous. Nothing to hold onto. Light too dim. Peephole in the door was too high for an average-size woman to look through.

Pros (+) The front door man Mike was excellent, always had the best smile and attitude each time we went in and out. Our bell hops to and from the hotel were also wonderful. Our server at the lounge was also excellent and attentive. This location is perfect since it has easy access to dining, shops and the freeway. We will definitely be back!
