Very well located, great breakfast, clean room Paula, the hotel manager, was extremely friendly and helped us with many tips! Augusto was also extremely friendly!
Pillows were very uncomfortable Kids were allowed at the spa and we could not use the pool while they were there; they were noisy and throwing water in everything.
Location was a bit removed from the main village and the slopes but they have a shuttle working roughly from 8 am to 8 pm (which can take you anywhere - slopes or village). We have not had to wait for the shuttle more than 3-4 minutes, and shared it with other guests only once during our stay. The new building (where our junior suite was located) is great - very nicely decorated and brand new. The room was large and comfortable as well as the bathroom. Th spa was great - again brand new and not too crowded. Pool with jacuzzi available with view of the mountain. 2 types of saunas at your disposal. Their ski room was also very conveniently positioned on the side of the hotel, with ample space to leave your skis and boots (boot racks are heated !!) and space for your helmet.
Location was a bit removed from the village and slopes but with the efficient hotel shuttle this was not a problem for us at all. The hotel bar could be improved - it feels a bit like a large dining hall and is not trendy / cosy enough.
A new hotel, great rooms, very good. The spa was also excellent, and the stuff is very helpfull
Excellent service, they go out of their way to assist you. And with a smile everytime. Easy to go to town centre with their transfer service Beatiful location too
The Hotel it is located around 1.5 km from the center of the village. If you look for a quite stay, this is an advantage (despite the fact that the Hotel is located next to the road to Cortina). The SPA facilities are very good and extremely clean. Rooms are always very clean. Free hotel shuttle will take you to the ski lifts or village center.
In the night you can hear from time to time a weak sound of SPA's working engines.
