Cons (-) Sketchy af!!! Homeless people wandering around scoping out vehicles. A few looked like possible prostitutes... Extremely rude management when I was there.

Pros (+) Expect a cheap place to stay and all the challenges of a cheap place including prostitutes and rough looking crowd.
Cons (-) Place was in bad shape with rough full time residents. We stacked the two chairs in front of the door when we went to bed for extra security. Beds were probavly the original that were put in when it was built. We had to unplug the light because of exposed wires. We were easily the smartest two people in the place I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
