Room was not clean. Staff did not service room. Gave dirty and wet blankets to service myself. No toilet paper.
It was trashy and the people are rude
The staff was great...friendly, the room was clean with fridge and microwave, coffee make....even a small table with 2 chairs to eat at. With eat in restaurants closed it made it comfortable to eat the chicken meal we purchased. The shower had great pressure.
The other guests were the problem. The first night on the 3rd floor it was noisy. We got up to get husband to the hospital for surgery by 5:30 a.m. the hallway reeked of marijuana smoke. Next night guests were noisy. I woke up at 2:08 a.m. to the sound of somebody hacking/gagging for about half an hour. It was not a restful stay.
The bed was extremely comfortable
No breakfast (Due to the COVID-19)
