Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and easy access to city attractions, public transport, and nearby amenities. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bed linens. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating helpful staff, while others report issues with reception and problem resolution. Noise from other guests and the surrounding area is a recurring issue, affecting the quality of sleep for some visitors. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in cleanliness and noise control are needed.
