The room was spotless, receptionists were polite and spoke great english (bad of me not to know much german). Room was a good size and bed was big. Free toiletries and coffee/tea facilities were good. Great to see disposable cups so that we could take coffee with us out of the hotel. Ice machine another good feature that you dont see often. Location was the best part, can see it from the train station (Hbf) all the bars and places to eat were plentiful in area, catherdral (main attraction 5 minute walk away. Not far from city centre shops or more tourist attractions like floral gardens 15-25 minute walks depending what you choose.
Pricier than other hotels for something not much bigger than most rooms. But thats all.

Low floor rooms have no light we had to change to high floor street vew.

The room was old, broken coffee machine, noisy and cold. The gym basic and sauna was not properly working. Plus seemed like a joke, are you thirsty? Then pay 3,5€
