Reviews about Stoke by Nayland B&B Poplars Farmhouse
“Everything.....There really is nothing negative to say.Warm welcome, beautiful room, fantastic hosts, gorgeous location.....Total Bliss...A total 'Gem' of a place...I have spent 23 years working for different companies in Pharmacy and have stayed in some top places but this quaint and stylish farmhouse B&B beats many of them hands down!!”
“This is the best B&B we have ever stayed in, it is idyllic, charming, very well equipped, and the hosts go above and beyond. Oh and the breakfasts... you'll have to experience for yourself!”
“The welcome on arrival was exceptionally warm, friendly, and first impressions were 10/10, and this continued throughout our stay - Have already recommended my parents to make a visit!”
“The farmhouse and gardens were beautiful, and it was so quiet (and pitch black at night).”
“A privilege to stay in such an historic farmhouse positioned at the end of a small country lane. The pretty local village and dog friendly pubs are around 10-15 minutes walk along footpaths (torch needed for return). Paul's cooked breakfast was a work of art. David's mother provided home made coffee and walnut cake, served by David with a pot of tea on the large lawned area at the back of the house. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was top class. We stayed in the King room which was large and had extra room for two comfy armchairs. The bathroom and bedroom was double aspect. It was lovely to have bottles of 'Simple' toiletries instead of the usual sachets. The bed was very comfortable and the bedlinen of a high quality. Real milk was provided in a jug for the very generous hospitality tray which also included a wide range of fruit teas. A decent size flat screen TV and free WiFi was available. Remi our rescue dog was also well looked after and enjoyed her stay. Thank you to Paul & David for their lovely 40th Wedding Anniversary card they gave to us. A lovely relaxing two day stay.”
