Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests were pleased with the hotel's amenities, particularly the pool, spa, and gym facilities, which were frequently mentioned as highlights. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality, with several guests reporting disappointing experiences in these areas. Room size was generally considered adequate but not outstanding. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others experienced communication problems and inconsistent service. Despite these drawbacks, the range of amenities and leisure facilities stood out as a positive aspect of the hotel experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
