The people were great. There’s a lot of history. The happy hours were great something new to try every night.
The heating systems might need some work.
The atmosphere; they have an antique western feel. Loved the decor.
Nothing in particular.
Sink was in the room and not the bathroom.
We loved the way the room was completely modern, but still had a the stylings of the late 1800's. It is a wonderful place to stay.
History and location.
Staff courtesy and lack of usual amenities, such as small refrigerator and microwave.
Entertainment: great fun.
Buffet supper in restaurant. Prime rib was excellent but only pudding for dessert!
Centrally located and loved the feeling of being in the old West.
staff great, location good, food excellent.
The Irma simply oozed charm. The restaurant, lounge and sidewalk were very nice.
Parking is a joke, excuse me, all but nonexistent. They need to be specific that it is or is not OK to park in the various banks' lots that are adjacent to the hotel. I would probably not stay at that hotel again, simply for that reason.
The restaurant and bar are beautiful. My family could tell we were somewhere very special. The staff made us feel like we lived there forever.
If you stay here, you need to understand that this is an old hotel, the plumbing is loud, the fixtures are leaky. Don't stay here if you're wanting state of the art. We loved and appreciated all of it. Even the plumbing.
The hotel is beautiful. It had that great old time feel. The little antique touches took you back to a time of yesteryear.
The restaurant staff were fantastic. The girl at the check in desk, not so much. The price was also $10 more upon arrival than listed because we had 2 adults and 1 child.
