Pros (+) Nice breakfast buffet included, not extravagant but quite delicious. Very comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom, great view of the beach.
Cons (-) Furniture needs an update, chairs and couches are getting old, some new pieces in room so it looks like they are working on that. It is a small locally owned property so I'm sure it takes time to complete a full overhaul.

Pros (+) I have never stayed in a more beautiful hotel in my life! My stay at the Inn at Cocoa Beach was outstanding! It was clean and the staff was friendly the facility was immaculate and impeccable. the rooms were very quaint and cozy! It truly felt like a home away from home! I have recommended it to all my friends and family and would love to come back again in the future!
Cons (-) I wish there was a mini fridge in the room. It would be nice to put my own sodas and water or leftovers from a restaurant in the fridge. A microwave would be nice too.
