Staff was friendly rooms were clean and comfortable
Wasnt aware I had to pay for parking... it should have been included with the cost of the hotel.
Within walking distance to Quicken Loans Arena. Which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Friendly staff, breeze to check in & out. Had a shuttle that would also drop you off & pick you up from the downtown area.
Beds were too soft & some of the furniture & fixtures were showing some wear.
Tribe fans it’s close to the field
Bed was uncomfortable
Waking up to blonde hair on my mouth an my hair is black !
Dont make ypur customers pay for parking on top of the overnight stay.
We booked a king sized room. We were given a queen sized room and told that the hotel was sold out.
Would stay elsewhere
Room booked via kayak was not room given upon checkin. Air conditioning did not work. Hotel charged my card $25 fee without authorization or advisement. When I called to inquire I was advised it was displayed at the counter. I told the woman that the man never said a word to me about it, regardless of whether it was displayed or not I should still be advised at the time he took my card. She refused to see it that way and transferred me to a voicemail where I left a message for a manager. It has been nearly a week and I have still not received a call back.
Ac didn't work. Poor customer service. Hotel was doing remodel so was dirty and run down.
Staff and facility was excellent
Location to Progressive Field and downtown area. Staff was very nice and helpful
Just what I needed
Location was perfect
Had no dislikes
Liked the location next to Progressive Field. Older Hotel, but was kept clean and easy to get to. Parking in the back.
Only 1 choice for breakfast, all you can eat for about $12. Tried to get a drink at the bar after an Indians gamed on a Sat. night, only 1 person working the bar and no waitresses. The bar was mostly full, but we sat at a table. Asked for a wine list at the bar after being ignored waiting to order a drink. " Didn't have one and the wines are right there", pointing to a shelf in the back. Of course we left. She wasn't getting our business there. Another couple left without getting a drink before us too. The bed was soft and lumpy and uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft. I'll stay somewhere else next time.
Clean and Friendly
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a very nice size and had everything we needed. Parking fees were understandable considering the location. Beds were comfortable.
There was no fan in the bathroom. Not a huge deal but hard to get ready when everything is fogged up and you can't open the door cause the others in your room are sleeping! Could also hear the people in the next room coughing up a lung through the bathroom vent...not a pleasant sound first thing in the morning but obviously not the hotels fault!
