Lots of cockroaches running around the main floor room. No pillow protectors on the pillows. Very dissappointing

It's not a top of the line place-I have stayed in a lot worse for more cost... it wasn't the cleanest, but it was clean (except that the coffee maker had someone else's coffee / coffee grinds left inside from previous occupant) Smell of chemicals was strong-on elevator; but didn't smell in room... it's not a 5 star hotel; but it's also not a five star price!!!

Many shady characters around. We were awakened early in the morning by someone screaming "Help me!" in the hallway on 3rd floor... and then arguing and more yelling. Ruined our trip.

The sheets and bathroom were very dirty. The bathroom floors had hair everywhere. The tub/shower was dirty. I cleaned the bathroom myself. It was gross!
Front desk attendant told us we could have paid less by booking straight through them.
Everything else. Smelly, dirty, older, run down, cigarette burns in the sheets, husband bit up by bed bugs, We paid $130 for a room that should have cost $30, MAYBE $40. Very disappointed, will never stay at a Super 8 again.
